Canceling your account with permanently remove your date. However, if you think you'll use The RSVP App for a future event, you can also pause your account. Pausing your account will maintaining all your data including guest info, report exports, events, and custom URLs making it easy to pick-up where you left off!

To pause your account simply update your plan to "Paused account" in your customer billing dashboard (https://d.pr/i/Ugrd0K).

You can easily cancel your account or update your billing information securely through your dashboard. If you're the account owner you will see a bill icon in the top right of your dashboard (https://d.pr/i/Ugrd0K). Click that to update your account.
